The full moon in 22°12’ of Scorpio on Monday, May 12th (11:55 a.m. CDT) is a spiritual resurrection.
Whatever part of our lives we thought was stagnant is being revived so that we can rise and meet new thresholds of ourselves.
Through transformation and regeneration, we are changed and propelled forward with a stronger lifeforce.
We are invited to be present with our emotions, listen to their guidance, and allow our emotional body to steer our transformation. However, we can only shift something we have made space to name, feel, or work through.

One thing that is notable about this lunation is that it is the last of an ongoing series of full moons in opposition to Uranus in Taurus. Uranus has been traveling through the sign of Taurus since May 15, 2018. Since this time, we have faced activations that have transposed any forms of security that we have taken for granted. As we move away from the old structures we have outgrown, we can begin to trust in our ability to align with what is most resonant to our soul.
This cycle offers us the courage to finally cut ties with our past and find our motivation and inspiration to move forward.
The Scorpio/Taurus Polarity
Taurus represents our relationship to security, the physical realm, and our values. We Face Choice Points
This cycle brings up crossroads and choices. There is a call for adventure now, and doors of potential are opening that will elevate our growth. We may be faced with more than one option, which might make us feel anxious or overwhelmed as we are tasked with the need to discern which direction is the right one. Since November 2024, we have been asked to face places where we have felt powerless and surrender to the process of metamorphosis. We have confronted our fears about becoming who we are destined to be so that we can make the choices that are necessary to self-actualize. Through this process, we are able to live more fully in alignment with our soul direction.
This lunation brings us to a place of vulnerability that allows us to connect to a more honest place within ourselves. We are asked to get real about what chapters we are closing. And when we face an emotionally intense experience, we can be more fully aware of the deeper psychological undercurrents we are still holding onto. Where are any past experiences of betrayal or dishonesty still impacting our present? Where has the energy become stagnant? What attachments are keeping us from growing? We Embody Our Alchemy
This cycle brings an important turning point in the story of our lives. Something is recalibrating that will help our soul be expressed more fully. We are moving through a much-needed process of death and rebirth that is positioning us to engage with higher frequencies and greater levels of growth and blossoming in our lives.
In order to honor this revival, we must be honest about what has decayed. We are asked to bring to completion to what is ending by fully seeing it through.
We are learning what it truly means to be an alchemist. We have strengthened our capacity to take a radically honest view of ourselves and be present for all that is transforming. What is illuminated is the psychic sight to look at the lessons through the lens of our soul and gain important understanding. We meet higher levels of our spiritual responsibility with our soul gifts and step into fresh ways of expressing them with the world.
We are not what has happened to us, but our experiences of survival, heartbreak, and loss break us open to embody deeper forms of love, recovery, and compassion. This is an important time of healing ancestral trauma, reclaiming parts of ourselves that have been lost, and embracing the emergence of the light from within.
